North Carolina Sandhills Conservation Partnership
The NCSCP Land Protection Working Group is made up of representatives of the NC Sandhills Conservation Partner organizations who are involved with Land Protection decisions in the region. The LPWG meets quarterly, before the NCSCP Steering Committee Meeting to discuss recent and ongoing land protection projects, and land protection priorities in the NC Sandhills. The LPWG develops cooperative strategies to leverage funding for land protection projects, and stays abreast of arising issues that may affect our ability and effectiveness in protecting land in the Sandhills.
